3 Magic Words for those in Foreclosure – Important

This is not new information however if you or someone you know, maybe a friend or client is facing foreclosure, be sure to say three important words to the lender.

“Produce the Note”

If it was a loan that was split into pieces and packaged, chances are it may take awhile if at all for the servicer to find it.

This won’t solve the foreclosure problem however it may just buy some time if that’s what is needed.

PS: In case you’re wondering, I do believe that if you borrowed the money and agreed to re pay it, you need to take responsibility and honor your commitment. I also believe that the LENDERS should be  held responsibile to cross all their T’s and dot all their i’s and if they sold a crappy product, then they should be held to a HIGHER standard. It’s only “fair”, right?
