I listened to it this morning before I went to take the state exam. I visualized myself and felt joy in my heart in receiving the license.

This is my question????
How do you build a co-op?
We are working with a rural community and they are wanting to build housing to attract people with children to increase their numbers in their school and they mentioned a co-op. I have not heard of a residential co-op before.

How do I find someone willing to do a REC? I’m tired of renting, but after a messy divorce from an abusive spouse I lack the resources to secure financing from traditional sources.

Thanks for a great question…if by REC you mean real estate contract, then you are in luck! There are many owners right now that would LOVE to sell and since buyers can’t get financed…your first step is to qualify yourself or have it done to know what you can comfortably afford. Then start looking in the paper and on Craig’s List = For Sale By Owner.
