At the Palms Hotel With Jeff Adams

  • Hey everyone – what an exciting day this is! I am here in Las Vegas
this weekend at Jeff Adams’s Super Conference at the fabulous
Palms Hotel in a room with many of today’s top Real Estate trainers
and information marketers! We are learning what’s working best right now
around the country as well as on the internet.

If you don’t know Jeff Adams by now, you will very soon!

Take a minute to answer this question: if you were in a room full of “gurus”
what’s the one question you would ask to help you solve your most
    pressing challenge right now?

Post your questions here in the comment section and I’ll pick some gurus
at random and see how they answer, I’ll post their replies here as I get them.

BTW I am doing some private sessions while I’m here in Vegas, if you want one
call my assistant, Angela,  to see if there are any slots left.

    Doug

    Hi Doug
    This is my question????
How do you build a co-op?
We are working with a rural community and they are wanting to build housing to attract people with children to increase their numbers in their school and they mentioned a co-op. I have not heard of a residential co-op before.

    • Great Idea – The First Step my expert Sherry Watson recommended is to start your own not for profit !!!! I’ll be having more information from Sherry about this important and timely topic soon.

Hi Doug! I used to live out there… Las Vegas is always sunny and beautiful! Play a little Texas Hold Em for me:-)!

    Here’s my question:
Are there any hard money lenders still lending based on ARV? Or is the new trend just to find new individuals to invest as private money lenders?

One more question! Is ebay a good place to find buyers?

How do I find someone willing to do a REC? I’m tired of renting, but after a messy divorce from an abusive spouse I lack the resources to secure financing from traditional sources.

    • Thanks for a great question…if by REC you mean real estate contract, then you are in luck! There are many owners right now that would LOVE to sell and since buyers can’t get financed…your first step is to qualify yourself or have it done to know what you can comfortably afford. Then start looking in the paper and on Craig’s List = For Sale By Owner.
