30 Day unconditional guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy, return it for a full refund, less shipping.

Some products also have a 12 month 3 x Investment Guarantee – If you do not generate at least 3x return on your investment we will refund 100% of the investment less shipping.

Returned items must be in resalable condition- software must be unopened. If software is opened product is non-refundable.

All Downloadable products from Website are non-refundable.

Returned products must have copy of sales receipt in the box and must include all products purchased including bonuses.

Returned items must have a Return Authorization number.

Please call (888) 321-3684 or email returns@dougottersberg for R.A. number prior to shipping. The R.A. number must be written on the outside of the return package. Be sure to include your name and telephone number, and if you did not purchase product direct from our website, let us know which or our marketing partners you purchased through.

If an item is sent back to us for return without a R.A. number it will be refused.
